Corn ribs 🌽 The perfect sidekick for tacos or the star of your meal. Recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients ⬇️ 4 whole corn cobs 3 tbsp olive oil Jumbuck Spinners Spice Spicy Garlic Parm Butter: 200g softened butter 1/4 cup grated or shredded Parmesan 2 tablespoons roasted garlic paste 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 2-3 tablespoons hot sauce Salt and pepper to taste Directions ⬇️ 1. Heat BBQ on high 2. Boil a large pot full of water with a pinch of salt 3. Peel the corn and parboil for 5 minutes 4. Remove corn from the water and allow to cool for 5 minutes 5. Using a sharp knife and a non-slip cutting board, cut off both ends of the corn. Stand the it upright then cut the corn into half then half again to make quarters. 6. Place corn in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil. Then sprinkle the Spinners Spice over gradually, tossing to coat as evenly as possible. 7. Place corn ribs onto the hot BBQ grill kernel side down, and leave to cook while you make the basting sauce Spicy Garlic Parm Butter 🧈 1. Melt the butter then allow to cool slightly then add the parmesan, hot sauce, garlic paste, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. 2. Baste the corn ribs with the mixture using a basting brush. Grill for 2 more minutes, turning as needed. 3. Pile onto plate, sprinkle with more parmesan, then grab and enjoy.
