These pancakes are like eating a cloud 🥞☁️ @souffle_japancakes in Greenslopes is serving up Authentic Japanese dessert with their fluffy, handcrafted pancakes, topped with signature homemade sauces and cream. On this stack I had 12 x Soufflé pancakes with some caramel sauce, strawberries, blueberries, bananas and walnuts with a signature matcha latte I definitely took my time with this one, making sure to mix and match all the different toppings @souffle_japancakes also have a savoury options as well and their menu also features as well as sweet & savoury crepes, Japanese Kure-pu, mochi gelato & signature latte drinks This is definitely a cute spot to earn some brownie points with the Mrs or if you are just after a cheeky solo indulgence like me. I have to be honest, I had to really slow myself down on this challenge because these pancakes were just so light and tasty and were going down way too easy!!! In the end my stack of Soufflé Japancakes and strawberry matcha latte was finished in 3:58.
