🇮🇳🥘🍚✨The best part of this job has been expanding my horizons with different cuisines, and this spot is serving up so much authentic Indian food with a focus on Southern Indian cuisine (Kerala state specifically). Of course the classics are still there, but it was amazing to try all of these incredible new flavours that I hadn’t seen before in many places. I’ll list everything we enjoyed below for reference, but my top recommendations for food would definitely be the Idicha Beef, Kizhi Dum Chicken Biriyani (wrapped in banana leaf), and Goat Perattu. For drinks, the Toddy is really refreshing and we actually enjoyed a Mango Lassi that was also amazing. This was on of my top Indian experiences in Brisbane as there’s a lot here that you can’t find elsewhere, so definitely check out Dum n Rum if you’re after a unique and authentic Indian restaurant 🫶🏼✨
